Ingredients: Refine Flour-300 gram, Salt- 1 Teaspoon, Oil- 35 ML, Water- 150 Gram, Onion- 100 Gram, Tomato- 100 Gram, Capsicum – 250 gram, Sweet Corn- 80 gram, Mozzarella Cheeze – 160 gram, Pizza Sause- 60 gram, Ketchup – 50 gram, Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon, Oregano- 1 teaspoon, Chilli Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon, Black Olive – 1 tablespoon
Method :
- In a mixing bowl, add fine flour, salt, oil, and water and make a soft interlock and keep it for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, mozzarella Cheeze, pizza sauce, ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, olive all these ingredients mix well.
- Now take the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin and cut in half, then brush it with water.
- Now make an angle shape of the dough and stuffed it with the prepared material. Seal the edges well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry them till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Your Pizza Samosa is ready to serve.
