They belonged to Palamu’s Pandu police station area, SDPO Bishrampur Surjit Kumar said. They have been identified as Kanhai Vishwakarma, Arvind Ram, and Hari Om.
Surjit said, “I spoke to one of the laborers in Kerala, Mukh Lal Paswan, who is also a resident of Pandu. Paswan told me that the trio was under institutional quarantine for the past 10 days. On Monday, they went out for a walk in the evening but a little later, their bodies were found on a railway track near IIT, Kanjikode.”
