On Tuesday, 53,601 new cases of the corona were reported. At the same time, the good thing is that the number of people recovering from the infection has crossed 15.83 lakh and the investigation has increased.
On Tuesday morning, the death toll has risen to 45,257 with the death of 871 people in the last 24 hours. Cases of infection have increased to 22,68,676 in the country, of which 6,39,929 people are undergoing treatment and 15,83,490 people have recovered from the disease after treatment.
Foreign citizens are also involved in total cases of infection. According to the data, the recovery rate of patients has increased to 69.80 percent, while the death rate has come down and it is 1.99 percent. At the same time, 28.21 percent of patients are undergoing treatment.
About seven lakh samples were examined in the last 24 hours, the total number of corona samples tested till August 10 across the country is 2,52,81,848. Which includes 6,98,290 samples which were tested on Monday.
110 days for the cases of Covid-19 in the country to reach one lakh and in 59 days this figure has crossed 10 lakh. After this, it took just 21 days for infection cases to cross the 20 lakh mark.
