There are varieties of pakoras but the tastiest and also healthy Mushroom pakora is the best, the easiest, and tasty recipe to have for snacks. The recipe is easy to make and it also needs a few items. So let’s start making Mushroom pakora.

Ingredients-

  • Corn flour- 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour-1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Mushroom (Slit into 2 pieces) – 500gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli flakes- ½ tsp

Method-

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Prepare the batter by adding flour, cornflour, water, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes and salt to it
  • Then add the mushroom to the batter and it properly
  • Then fry the battered mushroom in the hot oil with a medium frame.

The Mushroom Pakora is ready, serve it with tomato ketchup and chili sauce or with schezwan sauce.
