Due to this, they take a long time to lose weight.

Eating at the same time every day maintains a balance between mealtime and circadian rhythm. If there is a difference between these two, your blood sugar level can increase by 18 percent of normal.


Breakfast is the most important part of our meal. Breakfast should be taken between 6 to 10 am to reduce weight. A diet rich in excess protein should be taken. It takes at least 4 hours for our body to digest and absorb food. Therefore, a mid-morning snack should be taken 2 to 4 hours after breakfast. Eating at the same time keeps the stomach full for a long time and keeps the energy level till noon. Try to have lunch before 3 pm. According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who eat lunch on time each day have fewer obesity problems. Also, weight also decreases rapidly.


Like a morning snack, you should have an afternoon snack 2 to 4 hours after lunch. Taking a snack between meals can help you avoid overeating. Eating small amounts of time is a better option. During this time, almonds, fruits, or smoothies can be taken. Fruits and boiled vegetables also help in weight loss.
