The officers Rusten Sheskey shot Blake ( the name of the deceased boy ) while holding his t-shirt after Officers first unsuccessfully used a taser and as Blake leaned into his vehicle during an accident on Sunday, the agency informed on Wednesday.
According to the release, Later on, state agents recovered the knife from the driver’s side floorboard of the vehicle. The vehicle was searched and no other weapon was found. No charges were declared and the state’s department of the investigation was continuing to probe.
