Ingredients-
Flour-3 tbsp
Milk-2 tbsp
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
Cinnamon- 1/2tsp
Apple (diced) – 1/2 cup
Brown sugar- 1 1/2 tsp
Procedure-
Take a microwave cup and put apple, cinnamon powder, and brown sugar in it, mix it up to coat the apple with the mixture. Microwave it for 30 minutes. On the next step add butter, milk, brown sugar along vanilla essence to the mixture. Mix it and then add the all-purpose flour and baking powder in it. Microwave it for a minute and the eggless apple cake is ready.
