In such a situation, the experts recommend keeping the face clean so that the dirt deposited on the face cannot get inside the oily glands and infect the skin.

Junkfood and spicy things are harmful – The oils used in junk food are harmful to the face. If someone eats fast food, the oil present in it passes through the pores and other facial glands. When this happens, the facial muscles also get affected. Avoid the use of oil-ghee and spice foods along with junk food so that the skin remains firm. Oily foods make the facial skin oily to which the particles stick.
