500g Chicken Leg Grind
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 foil paper
As per the requirement for frying oil
1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
4 green chilies finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet and hot sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp Seswan sauce
Oil as required

Grind the chicken leg and cut it a little at the top and pull the chicken down and shape the lollipop. Make all the lollipops and add ginger garlic paste as well as mix vinegar. Now add soya sauce and black pepper as well. Add salt and red chili powder as well.

Add cornflour and maida and mix well and keep for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the lollipops. Sauce… heat oil in a pan and fry it lightly by adding garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Add vinegar and soy sauce as well. Mix tomato sauce and hot sauce, schezwan sauce, add salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder. Mix the sauce well and add the chicken lollipops and mix the lollipops in the sauce for 5-7 minutes. Cover the end of the chicken lollipop with a little foil paper.
