(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Noida: The cyber police station has exposed a gang who created a fake call center and made money fraud of more than 100 crore rupees from 5 lakh people across the country. On Saturday, the police arrested 5 accused, who accused them of providing jobs and loans.
SP cybercrime Triveni Singh said that the cyber Police Station Police have received the complaint that some people were cheating in the name of providing jobs and loans. Police investigation revealed that the accused are cheating by creating a fake call center in Noida’s sector 3 and Shalimar Garden in Ghaziabad.
Police arrested five can get used on Saturday. Devar identified as Amit Kumar from Ashok Nagar in Delhi, Mayank Tiwari from Dabri, Rohit from Shalimar Garden in Ghaziabad, Krishna Pal, and Indra Bhairava from Greno sector 1. Inspector Vinod Pandey, in charge of the Cyber police station, said that accused Rohit, Krishna Pal, and Indra Kumar are B.Tech Pass, while Mayank and Amit have studied BSc. It was during the study that the accused started the fraud business.
