(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Lucknow: In the Babri Masjid demolition case, the Rihai Manch said on the High Court’s decision to acquit all the accused in the absence of evidence, that it is just judgment and not justice. The forum questioned the criminal role of the state government in the gang rape of a Dalit girl in Hathras and demanded strict action against the culprits. Rihai Manch General Secretary Rajiv Yadav said that the scene of the Babri Masjid demolition was witnessed by thousands and millions of people directly and indirectly in India and abroad.

Despite this, the country’s major investigating agency CBI was unable to identify the culprits of that criminal act even after 28 years. He shamelessly apprised the court of its conclusion and with high readiness, the High Court accepted it and added another black page to the country’s judicial history.
This is not the first time such a decision has come. Earlier, in many other cases including the Bathani Tola massacre, the culprits have been acquitted due to lack of evidence.

It also shows how the investigating agencies in the majority of governments put the whey at the root of the tree of justice.

The General Secretary of the forum said that the jinn, who died in the Babri Masjid dispute, was taken out of the bottle during the tenure of the government of the great majority of the Congress. Today in the second government of the overwhelming majority, he was consigned. He said that it cannot be forgotten that at the time of demolition there was Congress government at the center and BJP was ruled in Uttar Pradesh. Despite the central government acquiring the land, the responsibility of protecting the Babri Masjid was left to the state government, however, with today’s decision, both the guilty governments were acquitted.

Rajiv Yadav said that the Uttar Pradesh government is responsible for the death of Hathras’ daughter. The manner in which the victim was treated at the administrative level after the gang rape in Hathras on 14 September is not only reprehensible but also criminal. Despite the victim being badly injured, she was left in the hospitals of Hathras and Aligarh. She was sent to Delhi when she reached the final position. The way the police performed the last rites is a crime. The police made every possible effort to save the culprits, which is why it kept calling it an incident of molestation.
