According to information received from the army, security forces were reported to be hiding in a hideout of militants on Saturday morning in Larnu in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district. On this basis, the security forces started a search operation in Larnu village. Meanwhile, terrorists hiding in a hideout started firing on the security forces. The security forces immediately started firing on the terrorists, taking the front. Firing continued on both sides for a long time. The security forces asked the militants to surrender during this period but the terrorists ignored it and continued firing on the security forces.
