According to the information, two coaches of the Pooja Special train derailed between Siho and Silaut stations of Muzaffarpur in Bihar. No passenger was hurt in this accident. All passengers have been safely delivered to Samastipur. At the same time, due to the accident, the operation of trains on the Samastipur-Muzaffarpur railway block was stopped.
Pooja Special left for Kolkata from Gorakhpur station on Tuesday evening. As soon as Muzaffarpur approached, the two coaches of the train derailed between AC second coach and sleeper coach Siho and Silaut. The relief and rescue team were immediately dispatched as soon as the accident was reported. It is a matter of relief that no casualties have been reported in the accident. After this, all the passengers of the train have been reached to Samastipur.
Meanwhile, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of East-Central Railway (ECR) Rajesh Kumar said that AC Second and Sleeper coaches got off the railway track in this accident. However, no passenger was injured. There is a line block coming from Muzaffarpur to Samastipur. This is underway and will be rectified soon.
