Indian Banana Pancake
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup⠀
Banana – 2 nos⠀
Jaggery – ½ Cup⠀
Water – ¼ Cup⠀
Salt – A pinch⠀
Ghee – As Needed⠀
Cardamom Powder – A pinch⠀
Water – 3 tbsp⠀
Almonds – 10 nos⠀
Cashews – 10 nos⠀
Pista – 10 nos⠀
Raisins – 15 nos⠀

Cooking Instructions:⠀

1. Chop the dry fruits and nuts into small pieces.⠀
⠀
2. In a pan, take jaggery and ¼ cup of water and bring it to a boil and simmer until the jaggery is completely melted.⠀

3. Filter the jaggery syrup using a metal strainer to remove impurities.⠀
⠀
4. In a bowl, take the bananas and mash using a potato masher.⠀
⠀
5. In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, jaggery syrup, cardamom powder, water and beat this into a thick batter.⠀

6. Heat a non-stick pan, add some ghee and scoop one ladle of batter and pour it on the pan.⠀

7. Spread some dry fruits and nuts on top of the pancake.⠀
⠀
8. Flip and cook the other side.⠀
⠀
9. Serve hot as a snack with honey.⠀
