(Milcah Anila, Intern Journalist) New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the latest elections have come as a shock to those who have no BJP influence in the South. Good results in Telangana and Karnataka. The BJP held a victory rally at its headquarters on Wednesday as the Kashaya party achieved better results in the by-elections to the Assembly constituencies in several states, including the Bihar Assembly elections. The Prime Minister said at the event that it was a democratic victory.
He said the whole country was waiting for the election results and that holding such elections during the corona would be a sword fight. He said people were glued to TVs, Twitter, and Facebook in the wake of the results.
He said that in the past, when the election results were revealed, there were reports of booth rigging and vote-rigging in the media, and now there were headlines about the increase in the polling percentage. The Election Commission has said that India has shown its strength to the world.
He thanked the people of the country for their wonderful victory in Bihar and for supporting their party in the latest elections. He said people will be blessed if it works. Along with Prime Minister Modi, BJP chief JP Nadda, Union ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, several BJP leaders and a large number of party leaders and activists were present at the victory rally.
