This means that officers are also players in this game. Due to this, the game of rigging in plot adjustment is not limited to changing computer records only. Rather, registration of plots or houses was given to the fake allottees.
The question now arises as to why the fraudulent arrest was not taken at the time of obtaining permission from the Secretary or VC level for the registry. It may be known that recently, such cases came up in the investigation of fake plot adjustment in Vastukhund, Gomtinagar. Many plots were found in these houses. Many houses got possession of fake allottees. The person who was shown the allottee with locks in some was missing. Its report has been sent to VC. Similarly, in Rashmikhand, Shardanagar scheme, one of the four fake allottees was registered. This forgery opened when we started building a boundary to build a house. The permission of the then Secretary was found in the file in the registry investigation. The investigation is going on in the LDA in many such cases under the Priyadarshini scheme, Janakipuram scheme. If the cyber investigation started properly, many big officials will also be involved in the adjustment scam. ACP reaches investigation
ACP cybercrime Vivek Ranjan Rai reached LDA on Thursday to investigate 50 cases of change in computer data. He discussed the whole episode with Joint Secretary Ritu Suhas. The Joint Secretary is the chairperson of this inquiry committee. At the same time, SB Bhatnagar, in charge of the computer section has gone on leave. This led to the investigation not proceeding further. The ACP is likely to go to the LDA again on Friday.
