Action will be taken against the persons concerned for unregistered marriages. The government was continuously receiving complaints of violation of COVID-rules and guidelines. Despite the explanation, when the situation has not improved, online permission has been made mandatory for weddings.

In a statement issued by the Home Department of Gujarat, it has been said that online registration has been made mandatory for Wedding Functions. More than 100 people will not be allowed to attend the wedding. The new software is also being made for registration. This decision has been taken in view of the frequent complaints of violation of the rules applicable to the prevention of CoronaVirus.

According to the new rule, the applicant has to register online for permission for the marriage ceremony. After this, he will have to take a print out of the registration slip and keep it with him and show it to the police or local authorities on demand. The applicant can also save and keep a soft copy of the slip. The government is also making new software, after which this process will become much easier.

According to the Health Department, the corona report of 1,223 people came positive on Friday, with the number of corona infected in the state has increased to 2,25,304. At the same time, 4,148 people have died due to corona so far. In view of the increasing cases of Corona, the emphasis is being laid on strict adherence to rules.
However, despite the danger, most people are not ready to understand anything. People are seen without masks in the markets and this situation is not only in Gujarat but in the whole country.
