(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Prayagraj: The problem of lawyers’ accommodation can be solved only by the government lands freed from the possession of criminals and mafia. The development authorities have been instructed by the government to make multi-story buildings for advocates, journalists, businessmen, and the poor on these lands and provide them at a no-profit-no loss. This will also send a good message to society. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said these things at the State Advocate Samagam -2020 in Sangam city on Wednesday.
The CM quipped that the mafia would not even dare to capture them again after being given flats on the land freed from the mafia.
Yogi said that earlier people used to get scared of criminals in the state and would change the way after seeing the criminals.
One could not imagine that the criminals used to run bulldozers at people’s homes.
Bulldozers can also move on their chest at times. The CM, while accepting the demand for medical facilities of the lawyers, said that doctors and staff have been deployed in the High Court premises. Soon the hospital will also become functional. On this occasion, CM announced Rs 600 crore for the Lawyers’ Chamber and multi-level parking. He also assured to arrange a digital library in the High Court. On this occasion, State Government spokesperson Siddharth Nath Singh said that a flight between Prayagraj and Meerut will be started soon to facilitate the advocates and litigants from Western UP to come to the High Court. Soon the foundation stone of the Ganga Express Way between Meerut and Prayagraj will also be there.
