Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist) : Lucknow: The annual undergraduate and postgraduate examinations of state universities in Uttar Pradesh will be conducted in April-May. The results will be announced by June 15. The Department of Higher Education has directed universities to conduct timely examinations according to the academic calendar.
Due to corona infection, reading has started a month late from the scheduled calendar. The operation of classes is not possible like normal days.
The admissions process in many universities has continued till November. Hence completion of syllabus is also difficult. Some universities are also considering reducing the curriculum. Additional Chief Secretary of the department Monika S. Garg said that all the universities are preparing the examination schedule according to their arrangements.
