Before winter started, children should have foot socks on their feet, but so far there has been no shipment. The teachers said that the entire number of children has been made available to the department long back. In the Corona era, schools were opened from July 1. Ration of mid-day meal, cost of cooking was done. Distributing books and now also distributing sweaters. If the shoes and socks had arrived on time, they would have been given to the parents during this time. Parents do not have to call school again and again.

According to departmental information, there has been a delay in issuing tenders for shoes from the government. The department was under pressure to reduce the cost of shoes. It is being told that this time, shoes are being purchased at a lower price than in previous years. At the same time, it is also stuck due to the scheduling of shoes-socks distribution. According to departmental sources, there is talk of the Chief Minister to have a shoe distribution program in Gorakhpur. The delivery process has come to a standstill when the program is not final.

This time the children have not received any bags from the department. No guidelines have been issued in this regard from the government. No information has been made available in the Office of Basic Education regarding the preparation of the process of distributing the bag. Consignment not delivered for delivery Basic Education Officer Dinesh Kumar said that the order to provide shoes and socks to all the children has come from the government, but the consignment has not yet come for distribution.
