1 bowl carrot-pea vegetable, 1 finely chopped onion, 4-5 slices bread, 2 tsp finely chopped green chilies, 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander, salt as per taste, mozzarella cheese as per need, ghee or butter to bake
Method :
- Lightly mash the carrot and pea vegetable. Now add onion, coriander, salt, and green chilies and mix.
- Apply tomato ketchup or green chutney to bread slices. Spread the vegetable. Spread grated mozzarella cheese on top. Now cover it with another bread slice.
- Add butter to the pan. Bake the bread sandwich. When the bread slices are crispy from the bottom, gently flip with a spatula. Bake bread on both sides until crisp.
Chef tips
Grate boiled potatoes and cottage cheese in it. Finely chop the capsicum. Cheese slices can also be added. Non-vegetarian can also add thin slices of chicken to this sandwich, but keep in mind that it should be cooked well.
