Two boxes of Shaheed Express Passenger train derailed at Charbagh railway station in Lucknow. Railway officials have reached the spot and are looking after the passengers and knowing the cause of the accident.
Lucknow. The train accident happened on Monday morning at Charbagh railway station in Lucknow. Two coaches of the Shaheed Express passenger train derailed. The accident occurred near Khamanpir Dagarah. Railways said that two coaches derailed at the time of the arrival of the train on the platform, but no casualty was incurred. Some passengers have been injured, who were given medical facilities at the station.
The information has been received about the safety of all the people on the train. The line was evacuated by leaving the Shaheed Express from the station. The coaches of train number 4674 derailed near the Khambapeer Bridge of Charbagh station after the derailment, which caused a commotion among the passengers.
RPF and GRP teams rushed to the scene and made security arrangements. Some passengers have been injured in the incident, who have been given medical facilities at the station itself. On receipt of the information, the railway officials are arriving at the site to find out the reason for taking care of the passengers and derailing the two coaches of the train. The line was interrupted for one and a half hours during the incident.
