Thousands of chickens thrown from an unknown vehicle in Lakhimpur, UP, sacked villagers
Lakhimpur: On the last night along the Lakhimpur-Gola road in the Thana area, an unknown driver laid thousands of dead chickens. The people who eat these roosters have also taken them home after filling them in sacks. It has deepened the possibility of bird flu infection in the area. On Thursday, when people started coming near Rukandipur on Gola Lakhimpur Road, they saw thousands of dead chickens on the roadside. Even after the confirmation of the bird flu in the district, the people of four-five villages, fearlessly, started the process of carrying these dead chickens to the house by the bag, sack, and hand. Before any responsible person got the idea of this, the villagers had crossed all the chickens. After this incident, the risk of bird flu infection has also deepened in five villages of the Fardhan area.
In this regard, the community health center in-charge Dr. Amit Bajpayee was talked to. He said that there is every possibility of spreading the disease by eating them, the police and animal department should have been seen immediately.

Was reported The police immediately swung into action. On reaching the spot, the police have dug up and buried all the chickens present there.
