Rishitha Jaladi(Intern Journalist) Vijayawada: The rate of Coronavirus cases is persistently increasing every day in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh. More than 465 cases are recorded in March, April, and May. While 1000 new cases are recorded exclusively in June.
People came out violating the rules of the government. Most of them didn’t even carry a mask. Markets, Roads, and shops are pooled with people all around. As the Shakambhari festival began from yesterday, devotees from various places reached the Kanaka Durga Temple in Vijayawada. Even here social distancing is completely violated. In the past three days, 144 new COVID cases are registered. Primarily most of the cases are spotted in Vijayawada. As the number of COVID patients increased, it’s difficult to accommodate all of them in the hospital, Hence most of them are sent for home quarantine.
If the same Scenario continues, the Maximum number of cases will be recorded in July. Presently, The virus is at its extreme level in Krishna Lanka, Sing Nagar, One Town, Chittinagar, and Vidyadharapuram.
