(Rishitha Jaladi, Intern Journalist) AP: For the first time in the History of Andhra Pradesh, a Journalist was nominated for the Prestigious Nation ICAR Awards. ICAR awards are given every year recognizing people all over the country who have extended their work in different diversities of agriculture.
On the occasion of 92nd foundation day, ICAR gave away the awards to different people who worked on and for the advancements in agriculture, in 20 different categories. In this Regard, Amirneni Hari Krishna of Andhra Pradesh is nominated for the award, in the Print media category. Presently, Krishna is the Chief producer at Eenadu. Along with the award, Krishna was given a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000 and a letter of appreciation.
