Ingredients

1/2 tbsp oil
3 cloves
1 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp cumin seeds
3 Green Cardamom go
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp fennel powder
1 glass of milk
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 glass of water
300 grams of cottage cheese (sliced ​​and fried in large pieces)
Coriander (for garnishing)

Kashmiri Paneer

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and cumin seeds. When it starts splitting, add fennel and dry ginger powder to it. Fry well Then add milk and water to it. Once the mixture is boiled add salt and pepper to it.

After this add fried pieces of paneer. Lightly leave the flame for five minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with dum potato, radish chutney, and boiled rice.

Recipe note

After making this dish, leave it aside for about 20 to 30 minutes, so that the paneer soaks up the milk.
Apart from this, you can also garnish this dish by adding some peas.
