Lucknow: Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has alleged that the state government of Uttar Pradesh is trying to suppress the road accident on Unnao Rape Victim along with the road accident which held in Rae Bareli Road. Bhartiya Janta Party MLA Kuldeep Sengar is the main accused in this case. The government of Uttar Pradesh has not initiated action against the policemen deployed in the safety of the girl till now, who were found missing from duty after the accident took place. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said in a statement on Monday that the top police officers investigating the incident are talking in the language of the government to save the accused BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar.

They demanded that BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar, accused of rape, to be transferred to a jail outside Uttar Pradesh. Also, the investigation of the case should be handed over to the CBI. Efforts are on to cover the case and there is a possibility of giving a clean chit to the security personnel on security duty. Samajwadi Party Cheif Akhilesh Yadav said that the rape victim has faced injustice for a long time, but the state government ignored her pleas for justice. He said that the government took action only after attempts of self-sacrifice at the Chief Minister’s residence on April 8, 2018.

Samajwadi Party spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said that on the instructions of the party president, the party’s three female leaders, Madhu Gupta, former MLC, Juhi Singh, and Nahid Lari Khan met the girl in the Trauma center here on Monday and assured of every kind of help. He said that women are not safe under the BJP rule in Uttar Pradesh and criminals are running their activities from prison.
