(Milcah Anila, Intern Journalist) New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that the BJP Party, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has achieved better results in the Bihar elections as well as by-elections across the country. Exit polls suggest BJP has won a landslide victory in Bihar. He said the RJD-led coalition had a clear lead.
In the 243-seat Bihar Assembly, the NDA alliance is close to the magic mark with a lead of 123 seats, while the Grand Alliance is leading with 112 seats while the others are leading with 8 seats.
Yogi Adityanath, on the other hand, congratulated the party workers on the BJP’s victory in six of the seven Assembly by-elections in UP. The BJP did better in the by-elections to assembly constituencies in several states, including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Karnataka.
