(Rishitha Jaladi, Intern Journalist)Tenali: Guntur district former MLA, Dr. Ravi Ravindra Nath(79) passed away on Monday. Ravindra died of the corona. Ravindra was admitted in the hospital as he had difficulty in breathing. Finally, he was tested positive. He was taking treatment in a Hyderabad hospital for six months. Ravindra’s funeral is to take place at his agricultural farm, in Tenali.
Coming from a family with a CPM background, Ravindra extended free medical services to many being a doctor by profession. He was the Municipal chairman of Tenali in 1982 and 1987. After which, Ravindra took part in the constituency elections, from Telugu Desam Party and won over Congress candidate, Nadendla Bhaskar Rao.
Ravindra completed his Higher education in medicine from Gulbarga University, where he met his classmate and a dear friend YS Raja Shekar Reddy, Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Rabindra Nath Reddy has a wife and three daughters. His only son passed away a few years ago.
