All efforts are on to return to normal life due to the situation that has developed due to corona infection. In the meantime, there was a lot of collision in the railway service starting from Tuesday to booking tickets.
According to one news, trains will be run at full capacity. It will depend on the passengers how they maintain social distancing and on the arrival of trains to the destination station, it will be the responsibility of the states that they follow the protocol.
The tickets for the train running between Howrah-New Delhi were sold for the next five days within 20 minutes of ticket booking started on Monday. The same situation also happened for the train running on the Mumbai-New Delhi route.
Quoting a railway spokesperson, the newspaper wrote, “By 9:15 pm, 30 thousand PNRs were generated and so far about 54000 passengers have made reservations.”
However, due to technical problem, the booking had to be stopped for a few hours. In the video conferencing with the Prime Minister on Monday, many Chief Ministers have expressed concern about the running of the train at this time.
