Lucknow: Umrao multiplex at Nishatganj was launched on Sunday. This multiplex will start for viewers from Monday.
This is the third single cinema in the capital which has been converted into a multiplex. During this, Cabinet Minister Ashutosh Tandon and Mayor Samyukta Bhatia were present as the chief guests.
On Sunday, the theater was opened for guests only, which featured John Abraham-starrer Batla House and Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal. Ashrao Agarwal, the owner of Umrao, said that the multiplex work was going on for the last one year, due to which it could be started so quickly.
He said that Umrao Single Cinema was started on August 19, 1976, so it is being reopened on August 19.
Ankita and Kuthalar tied the opening ceremony, singers Ankita Kapoor and Kultar Singh spread the magic of their voice. Ankita chanted the song by singing songs like “Come Hujoor Tumon Le Chaloon …, Kaise Paheli hai …, Jugni-Jugni …”. At the same time, Kulatar offered songs like Dekho Dekho …, Pink Eyes Jo Teri Dekha …, Saman Hai Suhana … Arshad Khan with the operation of the program forced everyone to laugh with his comedy.
