This is the perfect recipe for when you want to prepare something quickly and easily. Turkish Eggs Recipe is growing rapidly in people’s cooking targets around the world, it can be quite a unique recipe for people trying to make new recipes during the lockdown. Homemade Greek yogurt is added to the recipe. Then the eggs are mixed which are garnished with hot and melted butter. The mention of Greek yogurt will not disappoint you.
Material –
– Half cup homemade Greek yogurt garlic
– 2 eggs
– 1 tbsp mint leaves, crushed (optional)
– 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– salt to taste
– Red chilly
Recipe
Step 1 – Make a Greek yogurt by placing about 1 cup of curd in cheesecloth or kitchen cloth and tie it tightly so that all the water comes out. Add half the chopped garlic, salt, and herbs to it and keep it aside.
Step 2 – Now, make the egg pickle in boiling water with vinegar. Follow this recipe to make the perfect poached eggs.
Step 3 – Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan. Add the chili flakes, half the chopped garlic, and cook the butter and oil until the taste and color of the chili flakes (less than a minute) reduces. Make sure not to burn the butter.
Step 4 – Now, take a bowl and line it with the curd mix. Top it with the onion eggs and put butter sauce on top of it. Sprinkle some salt and chili flakes.
If you want, you can garnish the dish with some more herbs (coriander leaves) or paneer. Pair it with toasted bread or garlic bread. This egg dish is very tasty and looks so delicious that you will not be able to resist it.
