Ingredients:1 or 2 fresh soft corn, one and a half liters of milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, paring of nuts as per need. Method: First of all, take out the fresh corn kernels. Now add milk as per need and cook it by whistling in a pressure cooker. Then add sugar to the remaining milk and thicken it. Now cook with milk in it, add the corn and cook on a low flame till it boils for 5-7 minutes. Add cardamom and dry fruits and top, and remove from heat. Serve hot sweet corn pudding hot.
