Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist): A case of rape of a minor girl at Gun Point (Rape) has been reported in a village in the Hathin police station area of the Palwal district of Haryana. In this case, the Hathin Police Station has started an investigation on the statement of the victim’s father by registering a case against the accused under various sections including rape. At present, the accused is absconding from police custody.
Hathin police station in-charge Satyanarayana said that a person has lodged a complaint that he and his wife had gone to the fields in the evening to make cattle feed. Her 12-year-old girl was alone at home and doing household chores. At the same time, the 52-year-old accused of a resident of the village entered the house and started molesting the child.
When the victim protested, the accused showed her a weapon, threatened her, and threatened to kill her. After this, the accused committed obscene acts with the child and raped her private part and raped her. While leaving, the accused went to the victim by paying 50 rupees and said to come to the field the next day. On telling anyone anything, the accused also threatened to kill him.
When the husband and his wife reached home, the girl told the whole thing. The family complained about the matter to the police. On the basis of the complaint of the victim’s father, the police have registered a case against the accused and initiated action. At present, the accused is absconding from the village, who is being punished for his arrest. Police say that soon the accused will be arrested.
