(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Mahoba: Businessman Indra Kant Tripathi, who viral the video of bribery in Mahoba, died in Kanpur on Sunday evening while undergoing treatment. He was shot after making a video of bribes on SP and constables going viral. The postmortem of the Businessman was done in Kanpur at late at night. During this time, his family also created a ruckus. Family members said a protest will be held in Mahoba demanding the arrest of the accused from Monday. Indrakant was shot on 8 September on Nauhadora Road in Kabarai.
He was taken to the district hospital after being shot in the neck. He was referred to the Kanpur when the condition was critical. Two days before the incident, he released a video, accusing the then SP Mani Lal Patidar and constables of demanding 600000 rupees Bribe and threatening to kill him if he refused. Taking the video seriously, the Chief Minister suspended SP and constables on next today. 3 days letter on Friday, a case was filed against the SP and others for attempting to mother and conspiring to murder of a businessman. After the death of the Businessman on Sunday, the force was deployed at his house.
