It is very important for them to have pizza in every celebration, but buying pizza every time from the market is heavy on the pocket. In such a situation, if you want to have a nice pizza in the budget, then you can try the pizza at home. The most important thing is that in this recipe you will not need an oven or yeast. You can also make pizza without these.
Ingredients:
To make a pizza base
•2 cups all-purpose flour
•1 teaspoon sugar
•1 teaspoon yeast (can also add half a teaspoon eno or soda)
•Salt to taste
•2 tbsp olive oil
For topping the pizza
•1 capsicum
•3 baby corn
•1 small onion
•Half cup pizza sauce
•Half cup mozzarella cheese
•Teaspoon of Italian Mix Herbs
Method
Sieve the flour in a bowl and add yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil and mix it well. Now add lukewarm water to this mix variable and knead it like flour. For the pizza base, knead this dough for 5-7 minutes. Now put a little oil in a bowl and cover this dough in it and keep it aside for 2 hours. Check the dough after 2 hours. If the flour is puffed up, it is ready to make pizza.
Cut the baby corn into small round pieces. Remove the seeds from the capsicum, cut it long and thin, and cut the onion even longer. Now put the chopped vegetables on the pan and fry it lightly. Now break the dough in half and make a round ball and wrap it in dry flour and roll it thick.
Heat a nonstick pan or griddle and add the rolled pizza base. Put a lid on it and bake on low flame for 2 minutes or until the bottom surface of the pizza is light brown. When the bottom surface of the pizza turns light brown, turn it over and slow down the gas completely.
Now apply the pizza sauce layer and then put the capsicum, baby corn, and onion at a little distance. Then put mozzarella cheese on top of it. Bake the pizza on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Keep checking it every 2 minutes. Bake it until the cheese melts. Hot Yummy Tawa Pizza is ready. Put herbs on this and serve.
Tips: For topping, you can take any vegetable of your choice and in addition to olive oil, cooking oil can also be added.
If you are replacing instant yeast with dry yeast, soak it in a lukewarm solution of milk and sugar for 5 minutes.
