(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) A group of experts appointed by the state government had held a decision for the final assessment of 2020-2021 academic years of school to hold an open book examination. The committee stated that the student can give the exam from home.
It was requested by the government to make the announcement soon. The grades from the continuous and comprehensive evaluation will help in deciding the final result, said by the committee.
The title of the report was ‘Continuation of Learning in School Education of Karnataka’ with guidelines for the Covid-19 pandemic for education through technology. The government will look over it before giving a final decision.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines, the school should remain close till July 31, the opening of schools are granted only for areas with low risk of infection.
